Any given Sunday

Spent Sunday working on one of my projects and made the decision that it deserves a fancy pants 2.0 website.

I know exactly what I want it to do, how it should do it, and what content should be present. I also know that I don't want to spend what little time I have for the project on the website.

This of the list of wants and needs:
1) fancy pants look and feel complete with the impression that it is employing some Pirate Ninjutsu
2) consist of 99% static content
3) be reasonably easy to maintain
4) load the 1% non static content from a third party (location tba)
5) not require any setup or server side data storage
6) must take bugger all time for me to meet requirements 1 -> 5

My discovery is that cupboard is pretty bare.

A simple framework with a simple editor that doesn't require the combined resources of the Earth to setup and configure would be worth its weight in gold.

Just what I need, another project in the midst.
